Recently, Hangzhou T-Breaker Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “T-Breaker”) held its 2025 Annual Summary & Commendation and 2026 Work Deployment Conference under the theme “Intelligent Innovation Exploring New Horizons, Quality Elevation with Steady Progress,” alongside a New Year welcoming event. All T-Breaker employees gathered to systematically review the achievements of the past year and deploy key tasks for the upcoming year, further strengthening consensus and clarifying development direction.

The year 2025 has been a year in which T-Breaker has anchored its direction amid transformation and strengthened its internal capabilities amid challenges. As the new energy industry continues to expand, safety testing—being a key link in ensuring high-quality industry development—has placed higher requirements on technical standards and management quality. Focusing on the practical needs of the new energy safety testing field, T-Breaker has adhered to technological innovation as its core and quality improvement as its foundation, continuously promoting the implementation of R&D achievements, enhancement of testing capabilities, and optimization of management. In 2025, all T-Breaker employees worked together to achieve steady development in a complex and changing market environment.

At the beginning of the conference, Deputy General Manager Wei Dong delivered the 2025 Annual Work Summary and 2026 Strategic Objectives Report. He systematically reviewed the company’s phased achievements in technology R&D, business expansion, and internal management, deeply analyzed the development trends of the new energy safety testing industry, and clarified the key development directions for 2026 in areas such as technical capability building, product system upgrading, and organizational efficiency improvement.

During the commendation session, the company recognized employees who performed outstandingly in technology R&D, market services, and project execution, presenting awards such as Outstanding Newcomer, Sales Service Star, Technology Innovation Award, Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Party Member, and Model Party Member. It is understood that the growth path of outstanding employees reflects T-Breaker’s long-term commitment to a pragmatic work style and responsibility-oriented values, and also serves as an important foundation for continuously improving professional capabilities.

Subsequently, representatives of outstanding employees shared their experiences and growth in technology breakthroughs, customer service, and teamwork based on their own work practices, demonstrating T-Breaker employees’ professional attitude of being rooted in the front line and striving for excellence.

General Manager Lin Xiaochun fully acknowledged the outstanding performance of the award-winning employees in his remarks and expressed gratitude for the hard work of all T-Breaker staff over the past year. He stated that employee recognition is not only an acknowledgment of achievements but also a continuous promotion of long-termism values. The company will continue to focus on employee growth and progress together with the team.

In line with the development needs of the new year, the conference also released the 2026 organizational structure adjustment and personnel appointment plan. Chairman Jiang Zhuangxian stated that optimizing the organizational structure is an important measure for the company to adapt to industry changes and enhance coordination in technology and services, providing strong support for the implementation of future strategies.

At the meeting, heads of various departments signed the 2026 Annual Target Responsibility Agreement and Safety Responsibility Agreement on site and made statements regarding annual goals. The signing of these agreements further clarified development objectives and safety responsibilities, and also reflected T-Breaker’s management philosophy of always treating safety and quality as the bottom line of corporate development.

At the end of the conference, Chairman Jiang Zhuangxian delivered a New Year address, highly affirming the company’s phased achievements in 2025 and expressing earnest expectations for development in 2026. He stated that he looks forward to all colleagues working together to achieve new success and create a new chapter.

After the meeting, all participants attended a warm and lively New Year celebration banquet.
